Dr. Teshome Nekatibeb is an educational expert with extensive experience in teacher training, educational policy, academic leadership, and international education development. He earned his PhD in International and Comparative Education from the University of Stockholm and a postdoctoral research certificate from the University of Kassel. At Addis Ababa University, he was Associate Professor and founding Head of the Center for Comparative Education and Policy Studies, establishing the first PhD program in the field and partnering with Swedish universities to train leaders now in top institutions.
Internationally, he has held senior roles in USAID projects in Ethiopia, Jordan, Afghanistan, and Yemen, focusing on monitoring, evaluation, learning assessments, and program management. He has provided short-term advisory services for the World Bank, UNICEF, UNESCO, UNFPA, SIDA, and the African Union. Academically, he has advised PhD students at AAU and UNISA, served as external examiner in Sweden and Norway, and evaluated projects in Tanzania.
Dr. Lamessa Oli Afeta is a committed academic, researcher and educational leader who is currently the Principal of the Science Shared Campus of Kotebe University of Education. He works as an Assistant Professor of English Language Teaching at Science Shared Campus.
Dr. Lamessa has been working in Higher Education Institutions for Over Nine (9) Years with proven qualifications in teaching and mentoring. He is a professional educator and a leader who performs harmoniously with those he educates. He is passionate about the education of languages.
Dr. Lamessa has been very productive scholarly throughout his career. In total, he has 34 publications including 29 research articles and 5 books in the English language. His publication records indicate his strong involvement in educational research,
English language teaching and academic improvement. In addition to his scholarly accomplishments, he is known for his leadership role in enhancing academic programs and improving the quality of education in the University community. Dr. Lamessa’s ongoing efforts in teaching, research and institutional service inspire students and colleagues alike.
Abrham Durresso is an experienced educational leader with a strong background in school administration, teacher development, and student-centered learning. He has played a pivotal role in enhancing academic programs and fostering a culture of excellence within the school community. Throughout his career, he has led initiatives to improve curriculum design, implement innovative teaching strategies, and strengthen teacher professional development. Abrham is committed to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment that promotes both academic achievement and personal growth.
He collaborates closely with staff, students, and parents to ensure high standards of education and to address the evolving needs of the school. His leadership extends beyond day-to-day administration, contributing to strategic planning, policy development, and the continuous improvement of school operations, establishing him as a trusted and respected figure in educational management.
